just bought a 210 LCR with Revo.

I have been loosing coolant and have to keep topping up when the warning light comes on.

Its had a new water pump and head gasket on warranty before I got it. What could the problem be?

Coolant is clean and no emulsification in oil.

I had exactly this on my LCR. After the water pump was replaced I kept losing fluid - had to fill it every 2 to 3 weeks when the level dropped.

Turned out to be a slight leak in one of the seams in the radiator - luckily they changed it under warranty. :D

Maybe when the pump goes and the temp shoots up it dameages the radiator. :(

Hope this helps ;)

Since I got it last wendnesday I have put in 300ml twice now and done about 170 miles.
The radiator? These usually last a lot longer than 3 years, especially nowadays. The system has a relief valve which would stop internal damage also. But if this has happened to you two then it seems like a good place to start looking. Thanks

My LCR was loosing water, was found to be the secondary water pump that switches on after the car is turned off.
