Not at all mate, forewarned is forearmed and all that. In my opinion its worth the miniscule risk of being pulled but to others it may not be, each to their own I suppose.

Just fitted the Halfords brilliance Xenons and they are at least 50% better 
so well worth the £19.99. Had to slightly adjust the headlight but no so they are illegal in fact still within MOT standard but the length of the beam is much better. I can now see at night!!

My philips Xtremes have FINALLY arrived. I will fit them later and post my findings after some night driving later.
My xtremes on Thur and I fitted them Friday, although I have not tested them at night yet!

They could be ok, bear in mind you need H7 and not the H1 version in your link. The problem with most of these bulbs is that you actually get less light on the road. Unless you're using proper gas discharge Xenon bulbs with ballasts, the whiter you make your headlamps, the less effective they become.
