Just wired this in David, and the quality is excellent. Took about 10 minutes to install. At a later date i will modify my ashtray to house my 6gb Mini and hide the iPod wire neatly but for the moment i wanted to see if it worked. All in all a great piece of kit.

Incidently i have been reading about people who have the kit and noticed that it seems to skip two tracks at once in both directions. Mine does this also, does anyone know how to get round this?

hmmmmmm, might wait and see how everyone gets on, i reckon it skipping tracks all the time will do my nut in, are the other people you know of with the skipping issue all got nano's? or bigger ipod too? (mines 60gb)

maybe a firmware upgrade might fix this ???

Well from what i've been reading, people are using Nano's, I'm using a 6gb Mini, so it obviously doesn't matter what model you have.

I updated my iPod's firmware yesterday, but still no joy.

I've emailed Dension to try and get some answers out of them.
