I would ignore this fantasy maximum power - engine figure! of 228.4bhp.
The maximum power they have measured at the wheels of 166.2bhp is from the measured wheel torque. There is no way it has lost 62.2 bhp! or 27% from the engine power!

A more realistic 'estimate' calculation of engine power from wheel power is:
FWD cars - add 10 bhp to the wheel figure and divide the result by 0.9
So 166.2 wheel power would be more like 196 engine bhp - 15.1% loss.

I’ve had my 184 DSG done and it’s circa 225ps and it’s definitely made a difference low down but especially in 4th. The increased torque makes it effortless when up to speed or just at bypass/ B road speeds

Hi did you had any issues accelerating hard? My 184 DSG after remap sometimes, when accelerating hard will bog down or kind of jump back and forth not sure what is the issue only happened after remap, they may tune it down and see
