Hello everyone.

I have a question. I want to install a complete set of polybushes in the front suspension, but I have a small problem. Can you tell me what outer diameter have the polybushes in the front of a lower wishbone (30 or 45mm), and the diameter of a metal sleeves inside the polibushes in the rear of the front lower wishbone (11-19mm)? My stock rear bushes are 8N0 407 181 B, but I don't know the code of the front bushes.

My car is a '03 Cupra R.

I hope you will understend my poor english :)

Thanks in advance.

I've just checked the dimensions with a caliper and it seems that in my car the front bushes are 45mm, but I still don't know the diameter of the metal sleeves in the rear bushes. There are bolts going through the centre of both bushes and their diameter is 11mm. Can I assume, that the holes are also 11mm?

Of course you can. I ordered a front polybush set from Racingflex, and they told me, that Cupra R has several different diameters of this part and they must know what to send me.

Edit

Oh, I think that they have mistaken in Racingflex. They think, that I've got pressed arm instead of cast one. In the suspension that includes pressed arm there are four ARB joint bushes, and in my suspension there isn't such thing. They offered me a 10 part set instead of 6.

I was about to reply and state you need to double check with them! As there is only one rear bush I've seen to suit all cast arms :)
