OK some progress
First of all ill start with a BBK project I have been working on for the rear of the car to fix the bias of the front braking power
Not that it’s too bad but considering I’m running a set of 365mm 8 pot Brembo's in front I though it couldn’t heart to upgrade the rear
So hear you go, I got a set of custom brackets cut up to fit a set of Cayenne 4 pot Brembo calipers and a set of Brembo parking brake calipers
Discs are 312mm just waiting for a set of braded lines specially made for the swap that are on the way and the set of Brembo parking calipers
I am going to get the cayenne calipers powder coated in black to match the front brakes as well before I get them fitted

And now to real progress a few parts came in for the Exhaust system I’m working on so next week I’m going to get it build
Custom made 3” all the way with all V-band connections and all Stainless Steel 304

You can see the Stainless Steel 304 V-bands turbo flange and CO2 bungs and also one set of 4” V-band to conect the two parts of the DP and two 4” to 3” transaction that are intended for the 4” DP I will be building when I finally get the intended turbo

I will be back next week with pics from the exhaust manufacturing and install

I'm dying to see how it goes with these brakes at the rear.

and a video to hear the sound of the exhaust line?
When will it be done?
:-o[B)]

Well if anyone is interested the mounts will cost $250
Rear Porsche Cayenne Brembo calipers cost me $250
Rear Jaguar S Type R $250
Special braded lines for the swap $110
312mm Discs $140

Total cost for me was $1000

Not bad considering the only full kit sold on the market by MBT- Engineering quoted me 3128 EURO!!! For a rear brake setup with Porsche boxer rear calipers So that’s almost 4 times the price!!! :wtf:

If anyone is interested you can get the mounts from me :D

the rest of the parts are obtainable at a salvage yard for more or less the price which I paid

Ok I finished the 3” exhaust system this week it wasn’t easy to get this thing snug under the car without rattling and going over the rear sub frame because of the Haldex but I think it came out ok
Also looks like I’m going to need to do some work on the fire wall and tunnel to get a 4” DP threw without hitting anything
Going to need some hard motor mounts for sure

Took the brake calipers apart in the ned powder coated them and put them back together
Actually wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be

Also got AN 10 and AN6 fitting welded to the Fuel rail and got it powder coated as well
I got an oil breather adapter and welded a AN 12 fitting to it for the new catch can/oil breather system

got some parts back from powder coating today: oil filter housing motor mount block and rear calipers

I also striped and dismantled the rear Porsche Brembo calipers its actually quite a simple job to do just stick an air nozzle into the oil pipe entrance and give it some air pressure and the pistons pop out easily then with a small screw driver leaver out the dost boots and oil seals if you don't damage them when removing them they are reusable if you do damage them they aren't too expensive its about 30 Euro a set for each caliper
ok pictures as usual

coming up next: sure tank project I have been working on and I start to build the motor [B)]
