Your cars looking good. I have the 1.4S leon with the standard 15" alloys. Is there a difference in the rolling radius with the 17's? How much they set you back, ebay? Do they affect the performance or ride at all being bigger? Where you get the mudflaps - easy to fit?

Cheers

alright mate ,

honestly i dont know about the rolling radius difference ...but it hasnt made any noticable difference to the ride/performance...and yeh ebay for about 270 if i remember right, theres a couple of sets in the for sale section i think. and the mudflaps where on the car when i got it mate but probably stealers is your best bet :D

Cheers, I presume the 17" tyres are lower profile so if you were to put the 15" an 17" wheels side by side with the tyres on they would be almost the same size?

Won't turn your car into a bone shaker, if thats what worries you.

i had 15's originally, and with 17's the ride is a little firmer, you'll notice the difference on cornering mainly.

Cheers,

What was it like after you fitted the LCR Shocks and Springs
