So first time the car has been cold (sub 4 deg C) in my ownership, and the yellow SOS and lane yellow warnings come up after the ignition is turned on.

Windscreen is clear and no obvious dirt on sensors.

I'm assuming condensation in the camera area that didn't have time to clear on my 8 mile drive to work.

anyone have any other ideas ?

The camera stops the lan assist from working, mine does this a good bit, The SOS error could be linked but usually that's an issue with the overhead panel in the roof

It’s a normal thing. I’m used to it now after years of SEAT/Cupra/VW ownership! Although that “bong” always sends shivers down my spine :ROFLMAO:

Snap here too, at 4 degrees. Might knit the sensor a jumper!

Found the TPI today stating to replace the steering wheel so might give seat UK a call as it's a known issue as the car is out of warranty.

so two weeks later (ish) and the car has not done it again, I have also been using a demist silica gel bag leaving it on the dashboard which has cleared up the condensation I was getting

If this is the fairly common (TPI) issue with the SOS & lane assist systems, which it most likely is, then a new steering wheel seems to be the solution. Confirmed to be the case on my Formentor yesterday so I am awaiting availability of a steering wheel, apparently they're on 'back order' with no forecast availability date, I can only surmise that there are loads of us waiting for one!
Oh, and your car may go days, several days, without the problem presenting and then it will start pinging again, apparently this is the usual pattern.
