Knocking Steering

Hi,

Just bought a Ibiza Mk2 1.4 SXE for £400. Its in great condition apart from the fact that this steering has a slight knocking when turn the wheel. Car has done 90,000 miles, do you think it is likely that the steering rack has gone and needs replacing ?

mine does this when parking but not when moving

My Cordoba used to do this, I solved it by tightening up the anti roll bar links.
