Thought it may be. I just sat and read your whole thread it's an ace read now got a few more little ideas. One thing how have you went about your map sensor and n75 running the intercooler pipes that way?
Everywhere but the sump lol
Oil cooler pipe blew off. Seen it happen to a leon on here when beening mapped by r tech. Thought to myself then i should change the clips lol

Map sensor is in a forge map tube
And the n75 has a meter long pipe from the valve to 90degree sfs hose near the inlet manifold. Running just above tje injectors and through the eyelet hole on the head lol

u may need t-bolt clamps instead of jubilees for the oil cooler

No worries mate will sort it by today for ya.
2.5inch that 63mm? Thats what i use any way with a 600x300 cooler with 3inch outlets (76mm iirc)
Yeah the hose i used for the n75 was 8mm flexi stuff.
Yeah looks poorly hoping its worse than it looks. Ive just order tbolt clamps thought i should use em when i fitted it but never got round to it lol
Cheers mate fingers crossed couldnt if happened in a worse place. Had to roll half a mile and drive 10meters intoday a layby. Should be sorted by today.
