Hi guys,
I've bought myself a front mount intercooler and the relevent silicone and aluminium pipes to build the kit, however after having a browse on the internet I think I may have bought the wrong size pipe.

I've bought 51mm internal diameter pipe, however looking at a lot of prebuilt kits they use 57mm or 63mm pipe.

Will 51mm pipe be adequate for the PD130 engine or should I cancel and buy a larger pipe?

Thanks

The standard pipes have an internal diameter of around 51mm.

I'm guessing you're looking at more power with a turbo upgrade?

Yeah thats what I based what I bought on, some places i've read 51mm is better than 57mm but just wasnt sure. Yeah possibly in the far future but right now just looking at stage 1 map. Reckon this setup will be alright for that?

Unless you start looking into GTB2260 territory, 51mm will be fine!

Okay cheers mate, just started reading other things and started to panick...
Hoping my EGR delete kit comes to, pain though because I have the BLT engine means I have to get the cooler delete too... more money
