I wanted to just put my hand into the mix as I am one of the luckier owners.
- Infotainment works really well and any lag is hardly noticeable - I am coming from BMW iDrive.
- Wireless Android Auto is flawless and works every time.
- Everything seems to work as it should (so far)
- I am even getting 25-30mpg around town in a mix of Cupra and Comfort.
- The App (although I wouldnt pay for it) is nice and hasn't thrown up any random issues.
- No rattles and the car feels completely solid to drive.
- No errors have flagged up and the safety features work as intended.
I was a bit worried about the lack of buttons but as the volume/media controls are on the steering wheel, and I have found the perfect temperature that suits me, I haven't really had to use it apart from when I am waiting for the misses and looking around the menus etc. Plus the "hola hola" works really well or pressing the voice command button on the steering wheel.
For me, at present, it is easily the best car for me and my family. It is incredibly comfortable in normal "comfort" mode, so light and quiet around town... then an entirely different beast when you need it to be.
I am very happy and it was worth the 8 month wait
I’m in the same boat. Barely any issues. Even the ACC slow down is vary rare, and if you’ve got your wits about you you can just drive through it.
A few people here just ‘bought the wrong car’ and can’t cope with technology. I’m sure the usual suspects will be along shortly to tell us we’re wrong, the car is a death trap etc. etc.
