Hi,
I have Cupra Formentor, since update to Firmware to A896, infotaiment touch screen behave strange. One part of screen doesnt respond to any touch. This part of screen is left menu with submenus selection. Only this part of screen does not work. Other part of screen works flawless.
When is important i have 12" infotaiment.
Is there someone with same issues? My car delarship today told me next availble slot for diagnostic is in August. And this issues drives me crazy.
I can change driver profile, search in map, start stop and other features in submenut. i cant switch menu to "card view" also i still only have fullscreen applications.
There is same behavior when ignition is turned on or off.
I tried to reset infotaiment to factory default, also i tried to disconnect battery (this step was suggested by car dealership). But nothing works.
Also what is not working is Apple Carplay wirelessly but according to my car manual this should work.
