Must say Im quite blessed in that aspect, since the drive is 300km I just phone them and they do it free of charge. Maybe because those bugger came to South Africa, sold cars for 4 years, and abandoned ship soon after. Bought my Tdi 3 months before they left the country. Was quite upset hearing the news.

Busy planning the trade-in now. Just have to fix some minor errors before I can. 2 Problems are the radio wiring, just sorted that out. Second is the massive coal-mine shoving clouds out my tailpipe.. Organised a diagnostics check tommorrow, and a pressure test as well as a injector test.

Hopefully - if all is sorted out by next week around the 10th Im making a trade-in for a Corsa OPC. Already phoned the dealer and organised, kindoff sad I did like Seat very much, was planning on buying a Leon Cupra soon as I finished studying and start work.

I just hope that there is a Opel forum availible thats effective as this one and its users.

I unplugged it earlier, not realising when plugging it back in, it is going to ask for a security code. Phoned AUDI in Pretoria, say theyll send it by tommorow.
Code isnt my Alana guide, nor on the radio. Gave them the serial and Chasis number.

Bummer.

Do you not have a cardboard credit card in the service book or the radio book ?

My code was on the credit card in the back of the radio book.
