Ibiza Head unit replacements

Hello all,
I've seen a number of Sat Nav replacement head units like this one below on eBay. Are they actually any good and has anyone fitted these and had good results? Would be good to have a little Sat Nav, bluetooth etc and maybe even reverse camera.

Ive seen one like this eBay I should be getting it in about 2 weeks I'll take pictures and put a review up because I can't find anyone who's had one yet as well
