Head unit recommendations?

My daughter's 2012 mk2 leon has a RNS315 head unit fitted. She has requested a reversing camera to be fitted, but by the time you buy an interface and camera I'm thinking it would be cheaper just to replace the entire head unit that'll come with a reversing camera. Does that make sense?
Can anyone recommend a good but relatively inexpensive replacement head unit? It's an old car, so nothing too fancy/expensive.
I have an Autel VAG505 reader, would that be needed to code the new head unit in, or is it plug and play like my similarly old VW Transporter was?
Cheers

You won't need to code another headunit it, but you will need a load of conversion cables and a new fascia to allow a different screen to be fitted.
To be honest you'd be lucky to see much change out of £350-£400. Not if you want to retain the same functions as the original RNS-315.

Be pointless to spend a load of money, swap the original headunit out and end up with a worse setup.
