Hybrid Boost logs

Does there seem to be abit of a boost leak to you? Reason i ask is that she used to spike at approx 26psi but now just touching 25psi on gear changes.

The logs on the right hand side are from about a week ago when the gauge was spiking 26psi and the ones on the left from Sunday evening, now to my knowledge it looks like the most recent set of logs looks to be boosting better that the previous lot but the gauge says different, dodgey gauge?

Also it seems to be boosting 1.4bar at the redline, yet the gauge says 18/19psi. also it seems to drop mid range and then pick right up again near the redline?



Also it seems that the WG duty has gone up by 3%.

Not that i can think of, not since the slight decrease on the gauge, how does the boost log look to you since you mapped it?

Only thing that i can think of is that i read sombody lost 2psi with a busted turbo to manni gasket and my exhaust manni is blowing pretty badly at the moment but does seal up.

I know, 55C cant be doing anything any good.

Could there be a possible small leak somwhere looking at those logs? Justconcerned me a little as the boost doesnt always quite meet requested also that it dips and then picks right up again near the redline?

Sometimes mine boosts better on one day than it does on another and i'm starting to question the accuracy of the onboard boost sensor.
Your map does appear to under request boost mid revs which i'm sure is a deliberate measure to prevent rod damage during peak torque but i'm sure you could safely run a little more boost there.
Can you invest in a new intercooler (cheap big ass ebay maybe) since my hybrid yesterday was measuring inlet temps of 30 degrees as opposed to your 55, The wmi should complement your intercooling and not make up for its deficiencies. A good intercooler should allow for more consistant boost.
