How to remove the front passenger headrest?

Hi,

I have been trying for a while to remove the front passenger headrest in order to fit some long pieces in the car.

How on earth do I do this? The manual suggests there's a small button within the back of the seat however I can't find that. I also called a dealership who advised on some cars it's just simply not possible to remove the headrest.

Has anyone managed to do this?

I'm at wits end with it
