How to display the needles in digital cockpit?

Hello folks, I'm on to my third Leon ST and in this latest one I can't work out how to display the needles for speed and revs in the digital dash. The owners manual says a long press of the "view" button should turn the needles on but I've tried this with varying lengths of press

and still no needles. Has anyone come across this who could advise if it is possible, and how to do it! Thank you

I would only think of pulling the fuse for the speedometer for 30 minutes and for the multimedia system

From the picture, it seems the digital dash has some kind of a malfunction. It should look something like this

Thanks for the replies everyone. I've not found any solution yet, and I was surprised that the digital dash looked more basic compared to the previous model. Certainly not like the image rares74 shared. I'll maybe try the suggestion to pull the fuses. And if that doesn't do anything I'll see if there is any software update required next time it goes in for service with the dealer.

No idea if this will work but worth a try....

On my 2022 Leon with digi cockpit, if you press and hold view, in each of the view modes, it makes the centres of the dials disappear and you get the full length needle view. Similarly, if you hold View when you have the map centre slot view, it'll widescreen the map.

Try pressing and hold View and see what happens

Yep, tried all that. I had a 2018 and then a 2020 leon st before my current 2024 model. Long press on the view to display the needles worked on both the previous models, as described in the owners manual. Not so on the current one. Also pulled fuse 19 over the weekend, instrument cluster fuse, and left it out for over an hour. No change to the instrument cluster once it was plugged back in. I'm completely stumped!
