182blue said:hi, i really wouldnt buy the megs cordless, especially when for a little more you can get a pc, the megs cordless wont remove any marks
dalepearson said:Funny you should say that, i saw one of these in action today, was not impressed. PC or nothing it would seem. Another gadget to raise cash for.
Scotty_b said:Whats the main difference then? im trying to work out how they can be better? (Not trying to put it down just wondering)
Scotty_b said:So basicly its just adjustable speed? (and the motor is better) Ignoring stuff like its mains etc
RobDon said:I've just ordered all the stuff from the first links you listed (Sonus DAS polisher kit, transformer, etc.) - looking forward to getting the PC7424 now, your discount was very welcome too!
RobDon said:$247.95 shipped - £130.34. Plus the transformer etc. from Screwfix was £46.14 delivered, so £176.48 all together. Autopia were cool about marking the package appropriately to avoid any import duty.
I went for the polisher kit which includes lots of polishing heads, bonnets, etc., you can buy less than that if you wish, but the bundled kit seemed very good.
I already have lots of Meguiars and Swissol polishes and wax.
