i can provide pictures of BOSCH hid's fitted etc, got them on my phone.

defo one of my favourate mods, behind coilovers.

Same, well actually on par with coilovers as the HIDs are a damn sight cheaper. I've also got some photos of me fitting them.

Hey Chris, get your HIDs from here. I can vouch for their quality and best of all they will only set you back about £70 delivered. You need the H1 kit for the GTI. Takes about 2 weeks to deliver them as its an American website and they send the kit to you straight from the factory in China. Same as the Hella HID kit without the hella stickers

cheers mate, i'll have a look at them when i get paid, they're just some thing that i wanna have for some reason, are yours really bright? (might sound like a silly question lol)

They are very bright but because I've had them aligned, they are not blinding the oncoming traffic. I hardly ever use main beams any more because the HID's light up the road so well

WHo aligned them for you?

My local garage that does MOTs and other basic garage stuff. Also aligned it for free. They did mention that the beam pattern isn't very clear, but were still able to align them. Will see if I can pass an MOT with them. If not the its just a 5 min job to swap over to the normal lights.
