Help! Problem with Ibiza MK2 Engine (AFT)

Hello, friends!
Please, could you help me to resolve a problem with my Ibiza`s engine:
The car is made 1997 with engine 1.6i 101hp (engine code AFT).
The problem is that the engine has a big vibrations when a start it
That is only when the engine works in 0 gear - I mean when the car not moving. When I am driving it there is no such problem - the car works perfect.
I made it a ECU diagnostic, but the diagnostic doesn`t show any problems I checked the fuel pump, lambda sensor, air flow meter and everything which can be checkеd whith this diagnostic but nothing THe diagnostic shows the everithing is OK - all parts are in good condition but the engine vibrating.
I do not know what to do, what else to check?!
Please, help me with advice

diagnostic on that model isnt exactly full of all the options

whats the cap and rotor arm like ?

and ignition in general

have you checked for air leaks ?

That is the engine:

Yes, I checked for air leak - all air pipes, connections and parts to air flow way - from air filter box to intake colectors. The ignition system is checked too: Ignition coil, spark plugs and cables, distributor.
Everything is OK, but the vibration problem exist

did you checked the ideal ....i'm sure thats the proplem from it
