HELP - Need new Manifold ASAP

Hi,

I need a new manifold ASAP as mine is cracked, it is not just blowing from a gasket.

I've had problems with air leaks, this is the last item that I need to replace.

I have no idea what part to buy or where to buy it from.

PLEASE can anyone help me find the lowest price manifold for my car:-

2002 Seat Leon 1.8 20v Turbo (engine AUQ)

My boost was all over the place - all or nothing, fixed 1 air leak, replaced N75, replaced MAF.

Runs smoother but STILL not much boost, the turbo does kick-in but it doesn't seem to accelerate much different than a NON turbo car!

I get the odd code from time to time:

17704 - coolant sensor / thermostat (replaced both & temp works fine)

16847 - MAF signal too high (too much air so car uses more fuel)

17535 - long term fuel too rich

Aswell as the fact my car doesn't boost correctly I'm spending a fortune on fuel, in fact, since the new N75 & MAF were fitted I can visibly see the fuel gauge going down even afer 6 mile journeys! It is just about getting 200 miles to a tank, where as I used to get 350 easy!

Also concerned about my MOT, as surely the emissions will be VERY high & thus FAIL the MOT.

ANY help or words of wisdom MUCH appreciated.

I honestly need someone to all-but-buy the new manifold for me as I've got no idea of part number, where to purchase, best prices etc etc.

Bit more info...

My temp gauge was not holding a 90 temp, so I changed the Temp sender (green top).

Car seems fine, but takes at least 10-15 mins to reach 90 and only stays at 90 if stationary. When driving it falls back to 60.

Is this simply the cold weather or is my Thermostat gone? I already have a replacement Thermostat, but the garage will charge quite a bit in labour as I gather its not a quick job...

Any ideas roughly how long it will take to change the manifold, much invloved?

Guessing there is some welding to be done?
