I'd guess as that poster never converted to being a full member of this forum, and that last posting was 6.5 years ago, not she will not come back with an answer, in fact I feel that she did confirm that replacing that sensor did resolve that car's starting issues in her last posting.
Ideally with modern cars it is always best to get the stored fault codes read, or if none, read some live data to see what might be causing your
problem, maybe see if there are any forum members that have VCDS close to you and request a meeting and a scan of your car - for a reward!
The genuine sensor costs a lot of money, something like £40, though there are people selling them complete with the seal and retaining clip on ebay for about £25 - I discovered this AFTER buying a new sensor for daughter's
Ibiza, it does not have a starting
problem, but I spotted that it was logging "bad" values when I scanned it using VCDS.
