Any one here know if any Leons came with a timer on the heated rear window, I know my R doesnt just wondered if any of the cupra or tdi's got the good stuff again? (leather, heated seat etc etc)

thought all cars come with a timeout for rear window, so it didn't cook once frost had melted
know my old 96n ford escort did anyway
think it is 5mins, but no doubt will be corrected.
do i assume yours doesn't work?
does it not get hot after a few mins?
do the wing mirrors not get warm either? as uses same switch mechanism

mine stays on all the time if i turn it on, and unless i turn it off physically its still on when i restart the car
The timered one was my reason for askin, i found it while bimbling through ETKA and was askin before i went ahead and ordered one!!
