Hi All

Right, why does my car perform better when engine is cold and not warm -

Had this ongoing issue with going with car not boosting properly -

First it was a air leak and changed my hoses and everything was fine, then a couple of days later it started to do it again -

When I drive the car while cold, ill get about 15psi and hold for about a second then it will drop straight to 0 - i change gear and same thing happends, goes to 15 then drop to 0 -

but once the cars warmed up (90 degrees) it will only go to 8 psi and hold - when i turn engine off and on it will push to about 12 ish then straight back to 8 again -

Running about 180 BHP and when it was working for a short time, was seeing about 20PSI -

P.S I know I shouldn't push the car when cold but only did it to compare car in different temperature -
Ive changed maff - temp sensor - n75 - bypassed n249 -

Done a log when it started playing up after i replaced hoses and got positive deviation & maximum pressure errors come up - cleared them both but only posistive deviation came back -

I know there are already loads of threads but coudnt find anything with regards to boosting when car cold -

Cheers All
