Canbus leds do not matter in that age of car.

And hids in a normal headlight just dazzle oncoming traffic making it dangerous and inconsiderate.

standard bulbs or if you can get them projector lights

my main issue isnt the glare from these lights, although it is extremely annoying and dangerous for other road users, its the fact it just screams to me fake xenon's, cant beat genuine projectors imo

I have osram nightbreakers they give a nice even light with no shadows.
If you turn them on and stand where an oncoming car would be you will see how bad they are.

I also have H7R bulbs (55 watt Xenon), but in 4300k color. H7R are specific for normal (non-projector) headlights, these will NOT dazzle oncoming traffic! H7 Xenon bulbs in non-projector headlights will dazzle!

I would recommend keeping them, as they will be an improvement over halogen bulbs. You should stick with 4300k or 6000k. More blue equals less visible light. 4300k has the most visible light, 6000k slightly less, but has that "luxury" tint that a lot of people love (I couldnt care less, I just want to be able to see properly without dazzling anyone).

No prob, people dont know the difference between H7 and H7R. The piece of masking tape makes sure, the light is only projected on the road.

Good luck selling it! Dont believe everything you read on the internet, you will only know for sure by testing it yourself (like I did).

It gives the correct beam pattern (please note I live overseas in the Netherlands), so the beam pattern for the UK should be the other way around afaik.

Haters? where has that come from?
Hid kits are illegal in the UK unless fitted with headlight washers and an auto leveling system.
I'm not hating purely advising.
Take it how you may.

IF fitted

you can run them in projector lights legally without washers and auto levelling

Bound to get ppl that are against hid's but as said h7r bulbs are for std headlamps & as long as you get the beam set right they won't dazzle
