Dont know why the J is plumbed in backwards but it is. I am in agreement with hooch on the charge pipe and wastegate with the two shorter pipes.

right one go to tip
middle goes to charge pipe
left one goes to actuator

these are off the top of my head without actually popping my bonnet and looking, but im pretty sure

edit: on your pic the bottom (nearest table) i am referring to as right, furthest from table pointing upwards is left

get more logs done with ian if you can
we can go from their

try and get that ic pipe changes as well (sooner rather than later) me thinks its effecting flow

mate its pants, it was picking up alot better when we were logging it, most of my ic piping is 3" so im gonna get that retrictive bit out and go down to 2.5 for the whole system is the next step!!

3" pipework is pretty big, it has to fill a large volume of air. Adjust preload on the actuator will help, but might also cause a large spike.

Check your fuel trims to see what your fuelling is like.


I still think your MAF figures are well down as well, which would give give low injector pulse width.

Compare your logs with DPJ's...

thats what they said but the rod on the actuator is as small as it goes now, plus those are old logs now aswell!! dont know what the maf readings are now!!
