right just been out and removed the walbro pump and regaped the spark plugs to 026" they must have been at least 050" plus they looked normal you do know the bosh ones have 4 prongs on!!!

mine seemed ok but big difference when i upgraded. vagcom had a steady missfire shown on the missfire count even tho you couldnt feel/hear it!?

Agree with Phil on changing the plugs. Try the ones he suggests, BKR7E or the BCR8ES. I have run both and would say the latter are slightly better.

Ok, I would like to see a log of 003 and 020 done together. Then a log of 114.

The most important point, don't start the power run (ie don't floor it) until 3500 rpm. This is to stop the car bogging down and building CFs. If your logging in 3rd, you could briefly accelerate in 2nd (once you've started the log) to about 4.2k (but not floored), then drop it into 3rd and floor it.

Do a couple of runs of 003/020 and 114 if you wish.

115 and 118 are a bit irrelevant at the moment - we know what boost and duty cylce are doing and inlet temps look ok. I also don't see much point in logging 002 as we don't know what a/f is to make any use of injector timing figures.

Also, any chance of a pic of a plug(s) pulled soon after logging?

ok, well he's working until lunch so prob wont hear from him til then, will do 2 or 3 runs of 003/020 together and then 3 of 114 seperate.
