just to get it clear its 3" maf housing, i did put my old maf sensor in this housing but it was goosed so i replaced it with another sensor off an ibiza where readings are now 0.7 which is normal!

I would recommend staying off boost completely until the problem is sussed.

ian was looking at my boost gauge through the whole of third gear and it was a steady 0.8 bar still no noise on dump either!!!

we logged two of each!! 2000 rpm to redline in 3rd logs are!!!

IK22 / Std Leon in tank + Walbro.

I very much doubt that plugs are the cause of your high CFs.
