oh, sounds stiff enogh!!!

How would you say pss9 preform (standard not uprated dampers) on setting 1 (stiffest) on track? I´ve bin told that rear can feel a bit "bouncy" when cornering. Any experinces?

generally the rear is a bit... happy... :)

my big prob was that with full braking (205/4017 paradas, CupraR brembos, CupraR disks, Ferodo DS2500 pads and ferodo racing fluid) the rear end was uplifting causing a major unbalance... now this has been reduced...

but generally i think it is good all around suspension

you only need something to stop it from going deep...

ps. i used tie raps :)

I know all about the rear end rises as Ive bin on track with almost same setup as you but with "seat sport suspension" and had the same result. I was hoping the pss9 would´t rise that much on rear under heavy braking. I also change the rear beam mount to VT ones (badger5) so hoping all of this will help on the handling on track but I guess its all about how the car is designed and therefor we´ll not be able to remove this totaly.

I will need to remove the front of the stereo to remove the "creditcard" holder and securing the greddy profec with cable ties or similar right?

What does your profec shows when car is standing still on idle?(PSI)

Thanks in advance.

you have to remove the front panel and the stereo, because profec has the wiring and the vacuum on it and you have to route them behind the stereo, the size of the card holder is almost the same as profec... my prob was that there wasnt anuything to stop the profec from going deep inside... so i tied a big tie-rap into a hole as a stop... you will see it when you remove the card holder.

i dont remember it now... i'll post it soon :D

Philw: I took my ibiza for her first spin today after fitting the profec controller. Typed in all of your "old" settings (Set gain 83%, Start boost 14.5psi, Gain 5%, Warning 23 psi, Limiter 4%) and went for a drive.

Car feels superb with the profec controller over the n75 solenoid, but I got a fairly high boost peak at 25.9 psi on the "highest peak" on the controller (wet roads). The controller also went in alarm modus in 3,4 and 5th gear. (lcd flashed red and controller made a warning tune)

No limp or anything only issues was quite high peak and alarm in high gears. Does this sounds anything similar to yours?

Sounds the same as mine yeah, use the limit % to keep the boost down or drop the gain. Have a play round.

Thanks mate, will have play with it in the weekend. Don´t you hit warning with your settings? What´s your higest boost spikes like?

Mines set to psi so i get -99 all the time on vac whilst drivin.

Same as I got after an hour drive (first time after winter) but I hit warning quite often when driving after your spec philw (warning 24 ps) when set is at 87%.(max I got is 25.9psi) Same as yours? I still have 4% limit as I`ve recently fitted my k03s(unsilenced) and I`m still scared of braking something:) I love the profec thou! Adictive
