Hi Mate

You helping me more than we both could expect :)

Can U give me some more advise what to do with my engine to get it up to 250BHP on stock turbo ?
I've been thinking about injectors and fuel pump, but I'm still not sure if I can do it - any advise welcome

Any one know really good company which does good remaps for 170 2.0tdi :)

I think 250 hp with stock turbo is too much...my friend changed his turbo.Although he had to change some things in the west gate, because original west gate is electronic in the pd170. I think with stock turbo you can make 230 hp. Injectors and fuel pump can be changed ( TDI in the WTCC have changed it ), but i don`t know what kind of injectors are used to replace the original...If you could only find a tutorial of the wtcc Tdi...:D But i have to worn you that your tdi will smoke a lot with all this modifications...lol

Thanks for quick reply

Westgate - All turbo charged engines got it ,
with TFSi engines boost is about 1.9PSi (on standart N75 Valve )
Changing it on N75K or N75H ( I heared that N75K is better for petrol engines )
You can get betwen 2.1 and 2.2 PSi - this will cost You about 75$ ( from US )

I don't know anyone who used it on diesel - would you ask your friend what exactly has he done please ?

The only thing i did ( because of the remap! ) was fooling around the first temperature sensor ( nominated on the vag-com as "temperature sensor 1") with a small resistor on the plug.

Indeed the info are really very useful and interesting, thanks a lot!

Which resistor value did you use? Did you put it in series or parallel to the first temperature sensor?

How easy/hard is to phisically remove the DPF? Is it directly accessible or did you have to unmount anything else? For example, did you use a Milltek downpipe?

Sorry for many questions and thanks a lot again!
