I decided to put my DV in reverse just now,took the car out for a test drive,and noticed the the car pulls hell of a lot quicker,and its boosting 15psi instead of 13? Humm...i dont see why it would boost more! i also put a new cable tie on the back of the boost gauge and made sure it was tight,maybe it might be that?

You boost gauge isn't taken off the vac line on the 007, is it?

No mate! you can see the T pipe in the pic where its taken from!!

The valve shouldn't affect your boost levels - unless it is/was leaking.

The valve is fine mate,havnt long replaced it with the service kit!

Because rather than the pressure forced against the side of the valve it will be pressing against the bottom which might cause the valve to open slightly. This was a conversation I was having with my tuning shop...

No because there will be equal pressure against top and bottom of DV until throttle is released. Even Forge say it can be reversed safely.

Correct, the 007p can be ran both ways! so i have gained an extra 2psi from somewhere!

That is corrent my friend ,unless it was boosting this before,and i didnt have the boost hose on the back of the gauge tight enough, and now it is,its showing the right reading?

007p in reverse is standard position sounds like a budgie being strangled but if you have a cold side relocation kit sounds rather nice in reverse. Ran mine in reverse for some time with cold side relocation.
