I would say size of the badge is still the same but logo is smaller so those metal badges sold on ebay should be compatible... but thats just judging from the photos.

Could be right there... though all the badges on eBay are 14mm from what I can see.. Maybe David @ Sere can get the smaller ones.

I'm disappointed, I think the white FR one looks gash, and don't fancy the backlash getting a cupra one for my FR might just cause!

That would be suicide, coming back on here with pictures of your Keyfob for your FR, wrapped in a Cupra Keyfob cover!!!

Just measured the actual badge (3D gel type thing) and it is exactly 10mm.

If you expand the second pic i took you can see a ring around the actual badge, this doesnt come off, just the gel type sticker in the middle.

Can you get the smaller badged flip key casings anywhere? Like eBay?

I'm sure you could... i did a quick search and there were tons of them on there, not 100% sure if they are the same though, you'd have to check the official part numbers against what is being sold.

I know the LED is in a different place for a start, not sure about the button layout. I also know that the casing with the larger S badge has a screw behind the badge to enable you to open the casing. The new one (mine) doesnt. I could only get the battery cover to come off when messing with it yesterday, i couldnt work out how the rest of it came apart without risking breaking it.

should fit ok chris.. albeit with the noted changes. I'll be getting one for sure tho...

It's a fully loaded Exeo SE Lux CR170.

The Leon was 3 years old so I chopped it in for something with less worries (DPF and injectors)

It's a nice ride for a 40 year old
