flat out top speed 130mph??

I am disappointed with my cupra only topping 130mph . is there a reason why it isn't touching maybe the 140mph mark look at the specs below and tell me what any other peeps are getting out of theirs!! ps disappointed with power, it doesn't feel like it is pulling around 200bhp. cheers in advance for any info or advice.

If you are only managing 130mph (on the speedo) i think something may be up. As my car pulls to 145 (on the speedo). And its only got a remap.

how would i find out what is wrong?? would having 17" alloys on there hinder the performance and top speed?

Mine went quicker than 130 on a cold morning when i first got it.

i'd suspect after a long journey with the SMIC it would struggle, i can definatley feel the car pull back at high revs when it's been out in the sun.

Having said that my REVO values where changed by a retard so that could be something to do with it.

Your revo settings may a bit high for this whether and std equipment.

Try tweaking down the boost and timing or just one or the other with an SPS3 - its a common thing with REVO but its not a unfixable like some would have you believe.

I was stuck at 135 top end when i 1st got revo, then i changed the std air feed to a big 4" hose from Band Q with the std airbax and instantly got the top end back - 145 and still pulling!

That was before i changed the settings when i didnt have an SPS.

would i hav to take it to a revo dealer to get it sorted. so i need to upgrade to an induction kit to get maximum performance. i dont no anything about tha sort of thing!!

sounds like either revo's not setup or something is wrong with the car
so many things that could be wrong though: boost leak, pipe popped off, duff maf, duff dv

well my turbo peak is 21 psi, the dv is alright ( i think anyway) how would i find out if my maf is messed up? is it easily sorted?

What block is it to read the maf? I've got a spare in the house, and keep meaning to change it, but wanna log it to see if its the MAF at first!
