does this work the same for a sony wiring loom..
i have 2 blues and a blue with white stripe..
1 has "att" on it which i think is the phone lead (light blue)
1 has "amp rem max 0.3a" (blue /white stripe)
and the last one is connected from the sony connection to the black iso connector.(dark blue)
often wondered why sig was crap

if i remember, on the car loom, the blues are remote live switch on, eg for the external sub amps or T.V. or anything else that needs a signal to turn on. Blue and white is for the speed variable auto volume adjustment.

Think its right, someone will either confirm or deny my knowledge. good luck.

I think the sony wires are backwards, or I may be reading the post wrong

att - telephone mute
amp rem max 0.3a - remote switch on, tells the auxilliary that the radio needs it to turn on.

Hope this helps, hope i'm right!

You'll need one of these:

I got mine from Halfords, about 5-10 quid IIRC.

Works a treat on my Alpine.

are there any alternatives to scotch clip connectors? i used these years ago, but weren't the most solid

i want an easy way to connect various wires like this blue aerial amp one, without stripping wires and etc
