@bill, who lists a cat safe at 500 odd bhp? standard ones arent restrictive at 250 bhp, so 2 side by side should be good for 500 odd? strange logic?

lol @ bill yours is a track car........mines a road 'legal'ish sorta thing! no seriously mot is needed (a LOT stricter over here as its done by the dvlni rather than privateers) .with the the two part downpipe, the cats will eventually be removeable, but not just yet! have to walk before i can run!!!

mines road legal too... has a big phat cat on it (at least once a year :D )

wonder if hey will have any other issues with your modded motor come mot time?

other reason for the twin cats is i havent completely ruled out 2 exhaust sysyems running side by side. have invested money in a jetex quiet stainless system. had thought of neatly taking the boxes off it, welding an identical system say 10mm away from it, replacing the boxs and running an exhaust to each tailpipe. youre a fabricator, hope you can see what i mean. blueflame wont make a 3 inch system with out having the car to model it off.
