Fabia Rear Wiper

A quick question for anybody who has a Fabia rear wiper. I've just fitted one which I bought off ebay (conversion kit), what I wanted to know is should the replacement arm have a thread (where it is attached to the spindle) to stop it from slipping.

I picked mine up earlier from Leicester, dealer knew all about it and even quoted this site to me =) and said the part numbers were listed on here.

The guy with him also was taking a great interest in the car I was walking to after I'd been to the showroom ... pity it was my work VW Passat Car.

I'm a complete car novice. 100%. But that is one of the easiest things I've done ... so simple!

£17 odd from Skoda, and literally 5 minutes putting it on. Highly recommended mod.

Gonna enquire about getting one tomorow from local Skoda dealers.

A car wash I went to when I first got my car ripped my rear wiper clean off! hasnt worked properly since only cleaning about 60% of the total area.

It is so worth doing... and once done the replacement blades are a lot cheaper than getting the usual Bosch from Halfrauds. In the long run it will pay for itself... ok, maybe in 10 years time.
