Yea as I mentioned in thread it was the variable valve timing solenoid. Its odd there aren't any codes.....I would have thought if it went into limp mode it would have had some codes there
Took out both solenoids and cleaned them they looked OK. Car ran OK yesterday but EPC light just come on again. Might have to get new solenoid to see if that fixes it
Just to update. I replaced both camshaft Solenoid and it ran fine for a week Inc morning cold starts, But EPC light came on again today going into limp mode unfortunately so I'm stuck as to what is causing it
