down pipe keeps coming loose

hi there iam new on here
does anyone else have this problem ? my downpipe bolts keep coming loose no matter how hard i tightend them it a miltek dp btw any help would be appriciated thanks guys .

are they the orignal or new bolts?
are they the same length?
does the new manifold have the same depth regarding bolt length requirements?

Try fitting some new washers, get them from Seat/VW tho, as i'm sure there made from thick soft material, which helps the nut bite and stay tight

Come to think of it, i've got a few spare washers if you need some.

Double up the nuts. The second nut locks the first nut, this will also make it easier to remove later on as rust wont be able to build up as bad

thanks guys doubled up the nuts as calum cupra suggested and lock tighted em as well
if they come loose again iam guna weld the things. and thank you ez tutty for the kind offer .
