Dog bone bush is all thats required, you will definitely feel the increase in vibration but its not excessive. The extra traction from a standing start is well worth it.

I've just taken my powerflex bushes out of my DBM, I'm not going to be using these again. I'll sent them to you FOC if you want to try them. There 50,000 miles but might be worth a try to see what you think

It's one of the best mods I've done so far - the difference is very noticable, when you start the car it feels more solid and no more weel hop! I think the vibration is more of a problem on the diesels - can't say I really notice it now it has bedded in, although that could be me getting used to it! Still, so much better than without it, when putting my foot down made the front end lift up like hell!

I think the torque settings probably play a part in how much vibration you get, perhaps overtightening can cause more vibration? Dunno.

this is a very easy mod, all you have to do is jack the car up and high as you can get it, strip out your only DBM, replace the bushes and refit. The only sort of specialist tools you will need is a torque wrench and metric socket set.

I did have quite bad vibrations with this set up but you do get used to it. This did cntinue to feel good but only on initial moving off did it rear its ugly head.
The INA track density one is on now which has all the control without the vibrations

It's about £100 - I'm going to order an INA Track Density Dog Bone Mount in the next week or so... they sound very good from the forums I've been reading!

The THS ones look interesting at about half price of INA. The reason that I was looking at INA as opposed to Forge/Powerflex is they use good rubber rather than that hard poly material. I'd like to know the rubber density of the THS compared to INA. The street rubber is 25% stiffer than OEM and the track 80% stiffer is my memory serves me correctly. I think JS will know for sure...

Don't think I could justify the extra spend on the INA mount... also the THS one looks like you are buying the mount as well when all you need is the bushes.

I think I'll stick with the Forge/Powerflex bushes.
