This is so confusing.. I have the GTi Cuprasport thing..
No sunroof, No aircon but I have ABS.... Although my badge on the back is in a different place to most peoples I've seen.
The GTI badge is on the right hand side of the boot lid and the cuprasport badge is underneath it.. But some other's I've seen have the cuprasport badge on the left hand side of the boot lid.
I know through experience that the Cuprasport takes a different exhaust type to the GTi... £500 worth of difference, and thats for a replacement from SEAT themselves.
Dont really think the ABS has anything to do with it, maybe on the very early ones?
This is how i see it, if its badged as a cupra sport (even if it also has gti in its name) its a cupra sport. Gti's just have Gti on them. Do cupra sports have gti stiched into the seats?
The on the right hand side there is a box that says Single Check - Buy now (its free) so just type in your reg and see what it comes up with.. That is direct from the DVLA database
i think so, well i think that they jus mixed and matched the cuprasport and the gti tbh. Iv never actually seen a gti only cuprasports so as soon as i get those stickers off im guna be happy with havin a gti but i hate drivin round with those stickers its like owning a 1.6 bmw and puttin m3 on it!!! lol thanks for the help!!
Do they both have the same engine and parts then?? Like you say only differences is aircon, sunroof, abs and visual stuff???
