I'm not gona drop it on its arse because of the roads where I live, pluss speed bumps when I visit family. Prob only about 30mm at first till it settles in then get 4 wheel alignment and take it down about 40-50mm.

Right, I have got the rears on and put the Whiteline rear ARB on the stiffest setting :)

Problem with the fronts though. I cant get the standard droplinks off as I dont have the right size allan key at home so I'll have to get one when I'm back to work tomorrow and give it another go on thursday/friday again.

Right, I've given up on trying to fit the fronts as I'm in to much pain with my back/neck (pain is starting to travel down my arm now so I think I might have a traped nerve or something) so I'm getting the gf's brother inlaw (he's a mechanic) to do it after I finish work tomorrow.
I hate giving up on jobs :(

Thanks Dave.
Its just so frustrating. Got all bolts loose today but did'nt have the strength to actualy get the bottom of the strut out of the hub due to shooting pain in my left arm/sholder

Hopefully they will be on tomorrow tea time...

The pain's always worse when you have to reach into something.

I somehow tore the rotor cuff in my shoulder about 18 months ago - not quite healed yet.

Tell me about it mate. Did'nt help the fact I was putting up some 7m moblie scafolding at work yesterday and climbing up and down it just to change a few light bulbs :(

Sounds painfull Dave, how did you manage to do that?
