Going to ask Hooch to fit it for me, he did my ko3s and forge fmic, then Badger5 to map it yes. Only options for mapping are CC3 or Badger5 custom map, only heard good things about Bills software, plus he has full control over it.

Cant wait:)

Little update. Ordered a Forge coolant silicon 10'piece hose kit from JKM last week and it turned up this morning:D

JKM were about £20cheaper than Forge even with the SCN discount and they are doing free delivery unitil January 1st so i had to take advantage of that offer.

Few pics of the hose kit:

As with all Forge products, the quality is second to none, going to stick with the red theme as everything else is red. Ordered the hose clamps for this kit from Forge also, as JKM dont stock them. As soon as they arrive i can get on with replacing everything.

Thanks for looking

Because CR use a hybrid K03/K04 compressor housing - i.e. the housing of a K04 with a K03 elbow welded on to maintain OE fitment

From an old thread:

"I would plan to use the shaft, CHRA, and comp wheel from the Audi RS6 turbo, this gives us the largest combination of wheels in the K04 range, we then machine out your Turbine housing to make the shaft fit, we take the comp cover from a larger turbo eg Audi TT then weld the elbow from yours on to it so the actuator fits and to keep the turbo pipework fitting as original"

Other companies also cut and re-weld the compressor housings so they can swing them into a CNC lathe for milling out if required and hence house bigger wheels - like with the Turbo Dynamics MD445

dont ask for too high an actuator spring as it will make mapping and stopping it overboosting very very/impossible to control on n75

9-12psi max in my experience - no more

I'll email them and ask what they preset the actuator to. No idea what it is set at at the moment though. Bill, when is a good time in late jan/early feb to have some of your stage3 mapping done? You can PM me if you prefer?

Thanks
