A couple of hours work i'd say, just have to be patient and keeping working through your compound bars.

I sanded the rough finish first as you need it the surface to be flat as possible.

Very nice example mate. Polishing the mani is a c**t to do. I did mine by hand and took a good few hours, and had no feeling in my hand for ages!! worth it though Any more plans for it??
