I'm looking at having the rs4 valve and changing my itg for a revo intake.ive had my clutch done and wish I had a LSD. But 2.5k is abit much on transmission. Meth is next for me I think, I'm running the Twitter cooler from forge. I had mine rr at psi and it made 384bhp and 370ft

I'm using my liquid gauge to log mine and I did a motorway run. I was getting 22 degrees with the outside temp being 18.that was at round 80 to 90 mph. I've got a forge Twitter cooker but Im thinking bout changing my standard aswell. What do u think??

can i asked who remapped your car? because most people find who run the forge twintercooler on a k04 car is that is does not flow well enough to make power on a stage 1 remap never mind 384bhp on a stage 2+ remap. ask anybody on this forum about the forge twintercooler.

Looking Mega pal! I've got the same front mount but not got any pipework, you couldn't do us a list of the pipes, sizes etc that you've used? If so thanks matey, they are suppose to be really good for flow as supposed to the standard slide in jobbies, can't wait to get mine fitted!

Ben, the IAT figures you mention, are they on the new cooler? If so, how do they compare to the china cooler? Core placement alone (out in front) should help with cooling.

Will definitely see an improvement in terms of flow too, much less restrictive design. WMI next? :)

Looks massive. I bet you'd never be able to fit one that big with the aircon still there. That will keep the air nice and cool.

Would the aircon system fit with you're old cooler do you think?

So....... any different?

Is it just the intercooler and the coolant rad now Ben? What is the coolant rad attached to for support? Everything attached to the OE intercooler originally....

so after a quick drive last night a couldn't test it properly as had a massive boost leak coming from that creation motorsport coupler. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
yes its just the intercooler and coolant rad. the OEM intercooler is essentially just a bracket for the coolant rad so i removed the core from the oem intercooler then just used the plastic end tanks.

Gutted, so what's the plan with the coupler? Can it be fixed or is a replacement needed?

Cracking idea with the OE cooler end tanks, perfect ready made bracket.
