Loving the car, looks really good! If you don't mind me asking, what tyres are you running and how do they handle the power?

Spec stage 3+ clutch and Gearbox with Peloquin LSD fitted today. This ones going take some getting use to.

Also is it right the clutch bite is very close to the floor, although the pedal feels great?

Clutch may take some time to adjust. My new clutch was the same at first. Short drive later and it was fine.

Nice choice though, should transform the car :)

I hope so dan this clutch is savage, i haven't really tested the lsd yet as the traffic on the way home was horrendous.

Is it any better today?

The bite itself will calm down a bit as the clutch beds in, but the pedal height on the LUK clutch i have in mine is self adjusting. Not sure if the same applies to your new one, more than likely does. Mine was on the floor at first, but it soon sorted itself out

the clutch is still the same Dan but i have contacted WeeG (the guy i brought it off) and he says thats normal thats the way it should be.

Anyway got another problem, ive got a misfire on cylinder 1. 60-70 a minute, i have changed the spark plugs and coils around to see if the misfire moved but it remained on cylinder 1, so i think its an injector problem.

so the car i going off road for a couple of weeks while i investigate.

Well if it's right/normal then i guess you'll just have to adjust ;)

If you've ruled out plugs and coils then injector would be my guess. Did you look at the plug colour when you removed it? Did it look like it had been running lean?

Seen of a few Injector failures on K04 Tfsi's lately :(

Priorities, I'd rather put my money in property than a car.

Sucks to have to let your car go but it's easier to replace a car than it is to find the right house.

tbh crafoo i ride my bikes more than my car even in winter, hopefully it will go to another enthusiast, who'll take good care of it.
I live on the main road which i hate, i live in fear when i let my daughter go the park across the road, the house we've have seen is just too good to pass in a very quite area.
