the LHD center console - type with gauges has a slot at the top that COULD? be used for cupholders

but gearstick is mighty close

do what i do and pass it to the mrs to hold for me

...The airbag just seems like an after thought...

Think how many cars had passenger airbags in 1993 when the mk2 Ibiza was launched. Not a lot, and not many of them were in the small hatchback class. An afterthought is exactly what the passenger airbag is on the mk2 Ibiza.

What about those holders that hang down from side windows by securing in between the rubber seel and glass!!

Think I saw them in Halfrauds a few months ago!

Yeh they're a fiver there or 99p at Wilkinsons
They're ok, don't look great though, and I can't position them anywhere that doesnt get in my way when I'm drivin in the SEAT. Nice cheap quick solution though.
