i just had my leon fr+ tdi mk1 fitted with cruise control for £50!!!

Bought the parts myself off ebay for £60

Midlandvw fitted it!

If you can get yourself up to the Northampton area, then Techie from here will be able to fit it for an extremely reasonable price.

At last i've found a place that is willing to fit a genuine vw cruise control stalk for my leon 55 plate fr tdi 150 for the sum of £100 inclusive parts and labour. tims vw (023) 92375550 38 Jubilee Avenue, Paulsgrove, portsmouth, hampshire, PO64ON. The Genuine Volkswagen and Audi Group Specialist and the best part is that it is only 30 mins up the road. I'll post again when i get it done.

Awsome GTI are offering a drive-in driveout job on Cruise Control for £100 + fat which isn't bad when you consider that the stalk / loom comes to about £50 on its own. They're based in Manchester so may be a distance for some. The price is not listed on their website as £100+fat but when you give them a call, ask them about their 'ebay price' as it is advertised on there.
