Vacuum pump is the easiest way, they probably have on for bleeding brakes in the bike shop ;) . Suck it up to the pump first then suck on the return line to suck it through the pump.

If you haven't got one of them then sometimes you can get them to pump by cracking off all the nuts on the injector lines at the pump end.

jeez that was quick,

i tried bleeding the injectors whilst cranking over but cant draw nothing through, i was going to try and find a priming bulb if not, how long should it take to come through?

Can take 5 minutes of cranking if it's being gay, if it's not going after that it's probably not going to self prime, problem is the pump is really crap at pumping air out of itself so can't self bleed very well.

A priming bulb would probably sort you out. I think some pug 1.9 dturbos came with them from the factory if your going stealing from a scrappy. Or i guess a boat shop will have one.

indeed, the problem was a mixture of two things but one reason, the fuel filter was the right type but wrong, it was the second one i had too, the arrow for out and return were opposite to the last one, so the no return valve was on the wrong line, lol..

fired but lots of air still in there

this was due to being the wrong filter again, the o ring was too small for the no return valve to sit on so was sucking in air there , took it out and made my own, jobs a good'n :)

i now have to start making my down pipe, got a 2" hole to cut out of 12mm of stainless to make my flange! :S that will take some time! lol
